Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL
Article 2.--RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE

      60-264.   Process in behalf of and against persons not parties.When an order is made in favor of a person who is not a party to the action, heor she may enforce obedience to the order by the same process as if he or shewere a party; and, when obedience to an order may be lawfully enforced againsta person who is not a party, he or she is liable to the same process forenforcing obedience to the order as if he or she were a party.
