Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL
Article 20.--COSTS

      60-2004.   Payment of costs not acquiescence in judgments so as toprevent appeals.Payment of the costs of any action in any court in this state including,but not limited to, the payment of court reporter fees, shall not beconsidered an acquiescence in the judgment or any order of the court so asto prevent an appeal by the person or persons paying such costs. This actshall not apply to any pending question arising out of such paymentheretofore made, but otherwise this act shall apply to all actionsheretofore or hereafter filed.
