Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL
Article 26.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      60-2603.   Deputies.Any duty enjoined by this chapter upon a ministerial officer, and anyact permitted to be done by such officer, may be performed by his or her lawful deputy asprovided by K.S.A. 60-304.
