Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL
Article 30.--UNIFORM ENFORCEMENT OF FOREIGN JUDGMENTS ACT

      60-3003.   Same; notice of filing.(a) At the time of the filing of the foreign judgment, the judgmentcreditor or the judgment creditor's lawyer shall makeand file with the clerk of thedistrictcourt an affidavit setting forth the name and last knownpost-office address of the judgment debtor, and the judgment creditor.

      (b)   Promptly upon the filing of the foreign judgment and the affidavit,the judgment creditor or the judgmentcreditor's lawyer shall mail notice of the filing of theforeign judgment to the judgment debtor at the address given. The notice shallinclude the name andpost-office address of the judgment creditor and the judgment creditor'slawyer, if any, in this state. In addition, the judgment creditor may maila notice of the filing of the judgment to the clerkof the district court and may fileproof of mailing with the clerk of the district court.
