Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL
Article 31b.--UNIFORM INTERSTATE ENFORCEMENT OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROTECTION ORDERS ACT

      60-31b06.   Immunity.This state, a local governmental agency, a lawenforcement officer, a prosecutingattorney, or any state or local governmental official actingin an officialcapacity is immune from civil and criminal liability for conductarising out of theregistration or enforcement of a foreign protection order or the detention orarrest of analleged violator of a foreign protection order if the conduct was donein good faith inan effort to comply with this act.
