Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL
Article 33.--ACTIONS RELATING TO COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY

      60-3355.   Same; affect on certain information anddocuments.The privilege set forth in K.S.A. 60-3351, and amendments thereto,shall not affect anyother privilege andshall not extendtoany of the following:

      (a)   Documents, communications, data, reports or other informationcollected, developed, maintained or reported to a regulatory agencypursuant to chapter 40 ofKansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto, or other provisions offederal or state law;

      (b)   information obtained by observation or monitoring by any regulatoryagency; or

      (c)   information obtained from a source independent of the insurancecompliance audit.
