Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL Article 39.--STANDARDS OF LIABILITY OF MEMBERS OF CERTAIN PROFESSIONS TO FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS

60-3902. Same; severability.If any provision of this act or the application thereof to anyperson or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect otherprovisions or applications of the act which can be given effect without theinvalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this actare severable.
