Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL
Article 4.--RULES OF EVIDENCE

      60-415.   Inconsistent presumptions.If two presumptions arise which are conflicting with each other thejudge shall apply the presumption which is founded on the weightierconsideration of policy and logic. If there is no such preponderance bothpresumptions shall be disregarded.
