Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL Article 41.--ASSET SEIZURE AND FORFEITURE

60-4123. Statutory construction.The provisions of this act shall be liberally construed toeffectuate its remedial purposes. Civil remedies under this actshall be supplemental and not mutually exclusive. Such civil remedies do notpreclude and are not precluded by any other provision of law.
