Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL
Article 41.--ASSET SEIZURE AND FORFEITURE

      60-4124.   Uniformity of application.(a) The provisions of this act shall be applied and construedtoeffectuate its general purpose to make uniform law with respect tothe subject of this act among states enacting the act.

      (b)   The attorney general is authorized to enter into reciprocalagreements with the attorney general or chief prosecuting attorneyof any state to effectuate the purposes of this act.

      (c)   The provisions of this act shall apply when the act or actsgiving rise to forfeiture occur after the effective date of thisact.
