Article 43.--ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGMENT OF RESTITUTION

      60-4302.   Same; notice of filing.(a) At the time of the filing of the judgment of restitution,the judgment creditor or such creditor's attorney shall make and file with theclerk of the district court an affidavit setting forth the name and last knownpost office address of the judgment debtor, and the judgment creditor.

      (b)   Promptly upon the filing of the judgment of restitution and theaffidavit, the clerk of the district court shall mail notice of the filing ofthe judgment to the judgment debtor at the address given and shall make a noteof the mailing in the docket. The notice shall include the name and post officeaddress of the judgment creditor and the judgment creditor's attorney. Inaddition, the judgment creditor may mail a notice of the filing of the judgmentto the judgment debtor and may file proof of mailing with the clerk of thedistrict court. Lack of mailing notice of filing by the clerk of the districtcourt shall not affect the enforcement proceedings if proof of mailing by thejudgment creditor has been filed.
