Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL
Article 43.--ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGMENT OF RESTITUTION

      60-4303.   Same; filing; docket fee.Any person filing a judgment of restitution shall pay to theclerk of the district court a docket fee as prescribed by subpart 2. ofsubsection (a) of K.S.A. 28-170, and amendments thereto. Any additional fees orcharges not specifically covered by the docket fee shall be assessed asadditional court costs in the same manner and to the same extent as if theaction had been originally commenced in the court where the judgment is filed.
