Article 48.--IMMUNITY FROM LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS OF OBESITY

      60-4802.   Severability clause.The provisions of this act areseverable. If any portion of this act is declared unconstitutional or theapplication of any part of this act to any person or circumstance is heldinvalid, the remaining portions of the act and their applicability to anyperson or circumstance shall remain valid and enforceable.
