Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL
Article 5.--LIMITATIONS OF ACTIONS

      60-509.   Real property actions excepted.Nothing contained in any statutes of limitations shall be applicable toany real property given, granted, sequestered or appropriated to any publicuse, or to any lands belonging to this state.
