Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL
Article 9.--INJUNCTION

      60-902.   Provisional remedies; when granted.When it appears by a verified pleading or affidavit that a party isentitled to the relief demanded, and such relief or any part thereofconsists in restraining the commission or continuance of some act, thecommission or continuance of which during the litigation would produceinjury to a party; or when during the litigation it appears that a party isdoing or threatens or is about to do, or is procuring or suffering to bedone, some act in violation of a party's rights respecting the subject ofthe action, or tending to render the judgment ineffectual, an order may begranted to restrain such act.
