Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL
Article 9.--INJUNCTION

      60-906.   Form and scope of order.Every order granting an injunction and every restraining order shall setforth the reasons for its issuance; shall be specific in terms; shalldescribe in reasonable detail, and not by reference to the petition orother document, the act or acts sought to be restrained; and shall bebinding only upon the parties to the action, their officers, agents,servants, employees, and attorneys, and upon those persons in concert orparticipation with them who receive actual notice of the order by personalservice or otherwise. The order may be issued and served on Sunday or on alegal holiday.
