Chapter 61.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL, FOR LIMITED ACTIONS
Article 36.--EXECUTIONS

      61-3609.   Service at place of employment.Ifthe judgment debtor is employed inthis state and eitherthe debtor is a nonresident of this state or the place of residence is unknown,the order for ahearing in aid of execution and citation for contempt may be served on thejudgment debtorat the place of employment. An employer shall not unreasonably impede or impairthe service of process on an employee who is a judgment debtor.
