Chapter 61.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL, FOR LIMITED ACTIONS Article 38.--EVICTIONS

61-3805. Summons; time for appearance.The time stated inthe summonsrequiring the defendant to appear in response to the petition shall bedetermined by the court.Such time shall be not less than three nor more than 14 days after the date thesummons is issued.
