61-3806. Appearance; answer.Adefendant shall either appear inperson or bycounsel at the time and date set forth in the summons or file on or before suchdate a writtenanswer. The answer, when filed, shall contain the information as required undersubsection(b) ofK.S.A. 61-2904, and amendments thereto.
