Chapter 61.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL, FOR LIMITED ACTIONS
Article 39.--APPEALS

      61-3906.   Same; forcible detainer.Inappeals taken by the defendant in actions forthe forcibledetention of real property, the supersedeas bond filed on appeal shall beconditioned that theappellant will not commit or suffer waste to be committed on the premises incontroversy, andif upon appeal the court judgment be rendered against the appellant,the appellant will pay thevalue of the use and occupation of the property, from the date such bond wasfiled until thedelivery of the property pursuant to the judgment, and all damages and coststhat may beawarded against the appellant.
