Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 1.--SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

65-116g. Penalty for violations of act or regulations.Any person who violates any provision of this act, or any rules orregulations of the secretary of health and environment for the enforcementof this act, or violates any of the rules or regulations of any institutionwhile a patient therein, or conducts himself in a disorderly manner, shallbe guilty of a misdemeanor.
