Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 1.--SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

      65-126.   Quarantine of city, township or county.Whenever the county or joint board of health or the local health officerneglects to properly isolate and quarantine infectious or contagious diseasesand persons afflicted with or exposed to such diseases as may be necessaryto prevent the spread thereof, the secretary of health and environmentmay quarantine any area in which any of these diseasesmay show a tendency to become epidemic.
