Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 1.--SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

      65-129.   Penalties for unlawful acts.Any person violating, refusing or neglecting to obey any of the rulesand regulations adopted by the secretary of health andenvironment for the prevention, suppression and control of infectious orcontagious diseases, or who leaves anyisolation area of a hospital or other quarantined area without the consent of thelocal health officer having jurisdiction, or who evades or breaksquarantine or knowingly conceals a case of infectious or contagious diseaseshall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor.
