      65-153.   Child hygiene; duties of division of health.The general duties of the division of health of the department ofhealth and environment shall include the issuance of educationalliterature on the care of the baby and the hygiene of the child, thestudy of the causes of infant mortality and the application ofpreventive measures for the prevention and the suppression of thediseases of infancy and early childhood.
