Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 1.--SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

      65-153h.   Same; misdemeanor.Any person willfully violating any of the provisions of this act shallbe deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in asum not less than ten dollars nor more than one hundred dollars.
