Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 1.--SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

65-170a. Public water supply systems, water pollution, sewage discharge;"person" defined.For the purposes of this act the word "person" shall mean any individual,company, corporation, institution, municipality, township, county, federalagency, or legally constituted sewer district.
