Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 1.--SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

      65-171f.   Same; penalties for failure to comply with rules andregulations.Every public authority having by law the charge of the sewer system ofany municipality, township, county or legally constituted sewer district orany person, company, corporation, institution, municipality or federalagency that shall willfully or negligently, fail to comply with the rules,regulations and orders of the secretary of health and environmentauthorized by K.S.A. 65-171d, as amended, shall be punished upon convictionby a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25) and not more than tenthousand dollars ($10,000). Each day in which the failure to comply withsuch requirements and orders continues shall constitute a separate offense.
