Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 1.--SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

      65-171l.   Same; analyses to performed by laboratory certificated bysecretary.Whenever any water sample analysis is required by the secretary ofhealth and environment for the purposes of any permit or application fora permit under K.S.A. 65-163, 65-165 or 65-171d, or anyamendments thereto, such water sample analysis shall be performed by alaboratory which has been certified and approved by the secretary ofhealth and environment pursuant to this act and any rules andregulations adopted hereunder.
