Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 1.--SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

      65-173.   Inspections; rules and regulations; penalty.The secretary of health and environment is hereby directed and empoweredto inspect or cause to be inspected the places mentioned in K.S.A. 65-172,or any amendments thereto, and to make such rules andregulations as are necessary to safeguard the public health and toprevent the spread of contagious or infectious diseases; and any personviolating any such rules or regulations shall be guilty of amisdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined not more than fiftydollars ($50) nor less than five dollars ($5).
