Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 1.--SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

      65-181.   Same; tests in accordance with rules and regulations ofsecretary.The administrative officer or other person incharge of each institution or the attending physician, caring for infants28 days of age or younger shall haveadministered to every such infant or child in its or such physician's care,tests for congenital hypothyroidism, galactosemia, phenylketonuriaand other genetic diseases whichmay be detected with the same specimen inaccordance with rules andregulations adopted by the secretary of health andenvironment.
