Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 1.--SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

      65-188.   Enforcement of act; injunction, mandamus or quo warranto.The county attorney of every county is hereby authorized and directed tofile appropriate actions for the enforcement of this act upon the requestof the secretary of health and environment or the reservoir sanitationofficer. Actions of injunction, mandamus or quo warranto are appropriate toenforce the provisions of this act. In any proper case hereunder a districtcourt may issue its order granting relief in the nature of affirmativeorders as well as negative orders.
