Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 1.--SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

      65-189d.   Subdivided lands to be platted; plan and estimate of cost ofwater, sewage and refuse service required.All land subdivided into tracts or lots of three (3) acres or less andlocated within a sanitation zone shall be platted, and approved by theboard of county commissioners before filing in the office of the registerof deeds. No plat containing more than ten (10) building sites, any one ofwhich contains less than three (3) acres shall be approved until apreliminary engineering report, plan and cost estimate for providing water,sewage and refuse disposal service has been filed with and approved by thesecretary of health and environment.
