Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 1.--SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

      65-197.   Advanced training for professional employees; payment of cost;rules and regulations.To meet the health manpower needs of the state, the secretary of healthand environment is hereby authorized to provide from federal funds orgrants advanced academic training in public and community health for itsprofessional employees, including tuition, fees, and living stipend, and toprescribe such rules and regulations governing such training as isnecessary.
