Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 1.--SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

65-1,110. Establishments maintaining restroom facilities for the public;facilities to be available without charge.Every establishment, public and private, which serves or caters to the publicand which maintains therein restroom facilities for the public shall makeits restroom facilities available without cost or charge to the patrons,guests or invitees of such establishment.
