Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 1.--SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

65-1,120. Definitions.As usedin this act:

(a) "Medication aide" means an unlicensed person certified as having satisfactorilycompleted a training program in medication administration approved by thesecretary of health and environment for the purposes of subsection (i) ofK.S.A. 65-1124 and amendments thereto.

(b) "Secretary" means secretary of health and environment.
