Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 1.--SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

      65-1,168.   Cancer registry; definitions.As used in this act:

      (a)   "Confidential data" means any data which permits the identification ofindividuals.

      (b)   "Health care provider" means a person licensed to practice medicine andsurgery, a hospital or ambulatory surgery center, as defined in K.S.A. 65-425and amendments thereto, a radiology oncology center, a person licensed topractice dentistry, as defined in K.S.A. 65-1422 and amendments thereto or apathology laboratory.

      (c)   "Secretary" means the secretary of the department ofhealth and environment.
