Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 1.--SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

      65-1,174a.   Cancer screening program.(a) The department of health and environment shall, subject to appropriations,establish a program to increase access to screenings for colon, breast,prostate and cervical cancer,to be used in conjunction with, but not limited to, rural health clinics andsafety net clinics, the costof which shall not exceed $1,500,000.

      (b)   The provisions of this section shall not take effect until July 1, 2008.
