Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 1.--SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

      65-1,185.   Retention of facility's records andplans.(a) Each swine facility that is required to have a permitshall keep allrecords and plans required by this act at the facility's siteoffice in a manner that is accessible to inspection by authorizedrepresentatives of the department pursuant to K.S.A. 65-1,191 andamendments thereto.

      (b)   Each swine facility that is required to have a permit shall retain atthelocationrequired in subsection (a) the current and previous three years'versions of the records and plans required by this act.
