Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 1.--SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

      65-1,246.   Annual report.Three years after the date a birth defects informationsystem isimplemented pursuant toK.S.A. 2009 Supp.65-1,241, and amendments thereto, andannuallythereafter, the secretary shall prepare a report regarding the birth defectsinformation system.The department shall file the report with the governor,the president and minority leader of the senate, the speaker and minorityleader of the house of representatives, the departments of social andrehabilitation services, education and human resources.
