Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 14.--REGULATION OF DENTISTS AND DENTAL HYGIENISTS

      65-1442.   Board to assist prosecuting officers.The board and its members and officers shall assist prosecuting officersin the enforcement of this act, and it shall be the duty of the board, itsmembers and officers, to furnish the proper prosecuting officer with suchevidence as it or they may ascertain to assist him in the prosecution ofany violation of this act, and the board is authorized for that purpose tomake such reasonable expenditure from the funds in its hands as it may deemnecessary in ascertaining and furnishing such evidence.
