Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 15.--REGULATION OF OPTOMETRISTS

65-1519. Federal trade regulations; defense of certain acts.The board shall not suspend, limit, restrict or revoke,the license of a licensee or privately or publicly censure a licensee forany reason or conduct for which a defense is provided for in Title 16, Part456 of the Code of Federal Regulations and amendments thereto from andafter the date such Trade Regulation Rule becomes effective.
