Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 16.--REGULATION OF PHARMACISTS

      65-1627c.   Same; form of petition, rules.The following rules shall govern the form of the petition in such cases:(a) The board shall be named as plaintiff and the person who holds thelicense, registration or permit as defendant. (b) The charges againstthe person who holds the license, registration or permit shall bestated with reasonable definiteness. (c) Amendments may be made as inordinary actions in the district court. (d) All allegations shall be deemeddenied, but the person who holds the license, registration or permitmay plead to the petition if such person so desires.
