Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 16.--REGULATION OF PHARMACISTS

      65-1629.   Inspection of drugs by board; samples; analyses; publication of results.The board and its duly authorized agents and employees may inspect in alawful manner the drugs kept for sale, offered for sale or fordispensing, or sold in the state of Kansas by any pharmacist, or kept instock by any duly licensed practitioner or institutional drug room inthe state, or when suchinspection is required by the secretary of health and environment thedrugs kept in stock by any medical care facility; and for this purposeshall have the right to enter and inspect during business hours any institutionaldrug room or anypharmacy or any other place in the state of Kansas where drugs aremanufactured, packed, packaged, made, sold, offered for sale or kept forsale and may collect samples of such drugs upon payment therefor. Thesamples thus collected may be submitted for analysis to the office oflaboratory services of the department of health and environment and theresults of the analysis may be published by the state department ofhealth and environment.
