Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 16.--REGULATION OF PHARMACISTS

65-1630. Rules and regulations.The board may adopt and promulgate such reasonable rules andregulations, not inconsistent with law, as may be necessary to carry outthe purposes and enforce the provisions of this act, which rules andregulations shall be filed in the office of thesecretary of state asrequired by article 4 of chapter 77 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated andamendments thereto.
