Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 16.--REGULATION OF PHARMACISTS

      65-1634.   Responsibility for quality of drugs sold; adulteration ormislabeling unlawful.Every person holding a license, registration or permit under thepharmacy act of the state of Kansas who engages in the sale of drugs,medicines, chemicals and poisons shall be responsible for the qualityof all such drugs, medicines, chemicals and poisons whichsuch person may sell, compound or put up except when sold in theoriginal and unbroken pack, package, box or other container of themanufacturer. If any person intentionally adulterates or mislabels anydrugs, medicines, chemicals or poisons, or causes the same to beadulterated or mislabeled or exposed for sale knowing the same to beadulterated or mislabeled, such person shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
