Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 16.--REGULATION OF PHARMACISTS

      65-1649.   Invalidity of part.If any clause, sentence, paragraph, section or part of the pharmacy actof the state of Kansas or the application thereof to any person orcircumstances shall for any reason be adjudged by any court of competentjurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, such judgment shall notaffect, impair or invalidate the remainder thereof, and the applicationthereof to other persons or circumstances, but shall be confined in itsoperation to the clause, sentence or paragraph, section or part thereofinvolved in the controversy, in which such judgment shall have beenrendered and to the person or circumstances involved. It is hereby declaredto be the legislative intent that such act would have been enacted had suchunconstitutional or invalid provisions not been included.
