Article 16.--REGULATION OF PHARMACISTS

      65-1684.   Same; charges and fees prohibited.The board shall not impose any charge for theestablishment or maintenance of the prescription monitoringprogram database on a registered wholesale distributor,pharmacist, dispenser or other person authorized to prescribe ordispense scheduled substances and drugs of concern. The board shall not chargeany fees for the transmission of data to the database or for thereceipt of information from the database, except that the boardmay charge a fee to an individual who requests the individual'sown prescription monitoring information in accordance withprocedures adopted by the board.
