Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 16.--REGULATION OF PHARMACISTS

      65-1686.   Same; another agency ascontractor.The board is hereby authorized to contract with another agencyof this state or with a private vendor, as necessary, to ensure the effectiveoperation of the prescription monitoring program. Any contractor shall be boundto comply with the provisions regarding confidentiality of prescriptioninformation inK.S.A. 2009 Supp.65-1685, and amendments thereto, and shall besubject to the penalties specified inK.S.A. 2009 Supp.65-1693, and amendmentsthereto, for unlawful acts.
