Article 16.--REGULATION OF PHARMACISTS

      65-1690.   Same; advisory committee in cooperationwith other entities.(a) The prescription monitoring program advisorycommittee shall work with each entity charged with administrativeoversight of those persons engaged in the prescribing ordispensing of scheduled substances and drugs of concern to develop a continuingeducation program for such persons about the purposes and uses ofthe prescription monitoring program.

      (b)   The advisory committee shall work with the Kansas barassociation to develop a continuing education program forattorneys about the purposes and uses of the prescriptionmonitoring program.

      (c)   The advisory committee shall work with the Kansas bureauof investigation to develop a continuing education program forlaw enforcement officers about the purposes and uses of theprescription monitoring program.
