Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 18.--EXAMINATION, REGISTRATION AND REGULATION OF BARBERS

      65-1827.   Entry and inspection.Any member of the board or employee designated for the purpose,shall have access to and may enter at all reasonable hours all placeswhere barbering is being carried on. Any member of the board ordesignated employee also shall have power to inspect all books, papers,records or documents in any barber shop within the state for the purposeof ascertaining facts to enable the board to administer this act.
